Handstand Fundamentals

Discover the art of balancing on your hands, starting from the basics and advancing to more challenging handstand variations. Our Handstand Fundamentals course is a progressive journey towards mastering this iconic skill. 
 

With a blend of theory and hands-on practice, you'll explore different techniques, alignments, and balance strategies, all while building the requisite strength and confidence to stand on your hands with poise.
 

Locomotion

Calisthenics Beginners

Embark on a journey through the world of bodyweight training, learning foundational movements and building strength progressively. 

Our Calisthenics Beginners course is structured to gradually build your strength and technical proficiency in essential bodyweight exercises. You'll explore a variety of movements from push-ups to planks, and pull-ups, with a strong emphasis on proper form and progressive overload to ensure a safe and effective training experience.
 

Martial Arts (Striking and BJJ)

Uncover the secrets of self-defence and martial arts, by honing your skills in striking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the guidance of experienced instructors. Our Martial Arts courses are structured to cater to both novices and seasoned practitioners.
