Group Calisthenics classes

Engage in a variety of exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, and body control, all while feeding off the collective energy and motivation of the group.

Our experienced trainers guide each session with a keen eye on form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective workout. Beyond the physical gains, our Group Sessions in Calisthenics are a celebration of shared goals, mutual encouragement, and the sheer joy of movement.

We also ensure that we set limited spaces for our group sessions, which allows us to provide the right level of support to each and every participant. Join us and experience the camaraderie and collective spirit that make group calisthenics a truly uplifting fitness journey.

Why join a group session for Calisthenics?

What should I wear to Calisthenics training?

When participating in callisthenics, it’s important to wear appropriate attire to ensure comfort, safety, and a full range of motion.

Here are some recommendations for what to wear to calisthenics training:

Breathable T-Shirt
Choose a lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking top to keep you cool and dry during your workout.

Flexible Shorts or Leggings
Opt for flexible and stretchy shorts or leggings that allow for unrestricted movement. Ensure they are snug-fitting but not too tight.

Supportive Footwear:
Wear athletic shoes with good grip and support. Some practitioners prefer minimalist shoes or going barefoot for certain exercises to enhance ground feel and balance.

Hair Ties or Headbands
If you have long hair, use hair ties or headbands to keep your hair out of your face during exercises.

Minimal Jewellery
Avoid wearing excessive jewellery, watches, or accessories that could get caught or cause discomfort during movement.

What should I bring to Callisthenics?

You don’t need to bring much to your Callisthenics class, but here are few recommendations to include:

Water Bottle
Staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a water bottle to sip on throughout your session.

Towel
A small towel can be handy for wiping off sweat and keeping your hands dry, especially when using equipment like bars.

Gloves or Grips (Optional)
Consider wearing gloves or grips to protect your hands during exercises like pull-ups and bar work, especially if you’re prone to blisters or calluses.

Compression Garments (Optional)
Some people prefer wearing compression garments to reduce muscle fatigue and improve proprioception, but this is a personal preference.

Positive Attitude and Open Mind
The most important thing you should bring is a positive attitude and an open mind. Come ready to learn, challenge yourself, and enjoy the experience of exploring movement and building strength!
